1. The Company's Commitment and Guiding Principles
1.1. Outlook. Globalex, Business ID (Osek Murshe) 035994508 (the "Company"), regards the accessibility of its digital and telephony services as a moral and service obligation of the first order, and as an inseparable part of its approach to service and to social responsibility.
1.2. Equal service. The Company acts with all vigour and resources to enable all its customers, including persons with disabilities, to enjoy independent, accessible, equal and dignified use of the Company's websites and of the range of communications services offered on them.
1.3. Conformity with Israeli legislation. The accessibility of the sites and the services is carried out in close accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013.
2. The Accessibility Standard and Accessibility Objectives
2.1. Standard IS 5568 at level AA. The Company's websites — the relocation and Israeli number service site (036760602.net) and the global eSIM store (esim.036760602.net) — have been made accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568 ("Guidelines for Web Content Accessibility") at accessibility level AA.
2.2. Conformity with international standards (WCAG 2.0 / 2.1). The Israeli standard is based upon, and parallel to, the international guidance document WCAG 2.0 of the W3C organisation. Wherever technologically possible, the updated recommendations of WCAG 2.1 at level AA have also been implemented.
3. The Technological Accessibility Features Implemented on the Sites
The principal technological adjustments made in the interfaces of the sites are set out below:
- Full keyboard navigation: complete navigation by keyboard, without dependence upon a mouse (using the Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter and Esc keys).
- Screen reader software: comprehensive support for assistive technologies, and in particular for common screen reader software (such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver).
- Semantic hierarchy: the structure of the pages rests upon a semantic hierarchy of headings (H1, H2, H3), permitting rapid and complex navigation between areas of content.
- Alternative text for images: detailed alternative text (alt text) attached to all images, graphic components and QR codes bearing substantive meaning.
- Colour contrast: observance of proper colour contrast ratios under the standard, and avoidance of conveying information by colour alone.
- Forms and error messages: linked labels defined for every form field, and error messages presented verbally, expressly and directed towards correction.
- Enlarging the display: the ability to enlarge the display and the text up to 200% by means of the browser, without loss of content, disruption of layout or loss of function.
- Mobile compatibility: a fully responsive design adapted for convenient viewing and use on mobile devices, tablets and desktop computers.
- An accessibility menu on the site: a dedicated accessibility menu is provided, permitting the enlargement and reduction of fonts, high and inverted contrast, the highlighting of links, and the stopping of animations and moving components.
4. Accessibility Adjustments by the Company's Service Lines
4.1. The Israeli number and relocation site (036760602.net)
- Written communication channels requiring no voice call: the ability to make contact through written channels (an online form, email [email protected], and SMS/WhatsApp messages to 03-6760602), intended to enable accessible and independent contact for persons with hearing or speech disabilities.
- Documents readable verbally: joining confirmations, dialler operating instructions and invoices are sent in digital formats readable by screen reader software.
4.2. The global travel eSIM store (esim.036760602.net)
- Accessible installation instructions: the process of ordering a package and scanning the QR code has been made accessible in such a way that the installation instructions are sent by email in a clear, readable textual format.
- An accessible compatibility checker: the device compatibility checker is accessible and permits full keyboard navigation and the reading aloud of the compatibility results.

6.2. Third-party components. Third-party components are embedded in the Company's sites (such as external credit clearing interfaces, map and analytics components, and the interfaces of the international network provider eSIM-Go). Those components are managed and controlled by the external suppliers, and their level of accessibility is not within the Company's full control. The Company is working with the suppliers to examine accessible alternatives.
