Cookies and Tracking Technologies Policy

Effective from: 19 October 2026

Globalex · Business ID (Osek Murshe) 035994508 · Version 2.1 · In force from 19 October 2026

This document governs, in full transparency, the use of cookies and local storage technologies on the websites of Globalex. The Company maintains a strict privacy policy and keeps monitoring and tracking data to the necessary minimum.

1. Application and Scope of this Policy

1.1. This Policy applies to all websites and digital interfaces operated by Globalex (the "Company"), namely:

  • The relocation and Israeli number service site at: 036760602.net
  • The travel eSIM store at: esim.036760602.net

1.2. This document sets out which cookies and local (browser) storage technologies operate during a visit, which categories of data are stored, and for which purposes.

2. The Technologies and the Data Stored in the Browser (Local Storage & Cookies)

The table below sets out every storage component and cookie operating on the sites, its purpose, its retention period and whether any third party is involved:

Component / identifierOperational classificationWhat is actually storedRetentionThird party?
gx_c (cookie choice)EssentialYour choice in the cookie notice (whether you accepted visit measurement) and the version of this Policy it referred to. Shared by both sites.12 months, or until a material change to this PolicyNo (internal only)
Display preferencesEssential / preferencesWhether the language-switch notice was dismissed, so it does not return.Persistent in the browser (Local Storage)No (internal only)
gx_v (visit measurement)Internal measurement — only with your consentA random identifier shared by both sites. It is created only if you accept visit measurement in the cookie notice, and deleted if you reject or withdraw it. It is used for two things: to tell whether a visitor moved between the services, and to count how many enquiries and purchases came from each marketing link (for example a social-media post). The identifier itself holds no identifying detail. If the visitor sends an enquiry through the form or places an order, the identifier is also stored with that enquiry or order, and from then on it can be linked to the details they gave.90 days from the first visitNo (internal only)
Campaign codeEssential to the link's offerThe code of the marketing link the visitor arrived through, and the discount or benefit the link gives, so that they apply to the purchase. If an order is placed, the code is stored with the order.Until the browser is closed / a purchase is madeNo (internal only)
eSIM purchase processEssential operationalA temporary key for the current window, preserving progress through the form (so a refresh does not lose it).Temporary (deleted when the window is closed)No (internal only)
Company staff authenticationSecurity and operationsA temporary authentication cookie, intended solely for staff editing or previewing the store.Temporary sessionNo (internal only)
Accessibility preferencesEssential / preferencesThe accessibility menu's settings (text size, contrast, link highlighting, stopped animations).Persistent in the browser (Local Storage)No (internal only)

3. Data Sampled on the Company's Servers (Server Logs)

3.1. On each visit to the pages of the sites, the following data are recorded automatically on the Company's servers:

  • The page viewed and the precise time of access (timestamp).
  • The browser type, the operating system and the characteristics of the end device.
  • A truncated IP address only — in order to protect the privacy of the user and to prevent direct identification — for internal visit statistics and information security.
  • Where the visit came from: the referring site's address only (without its path or parameters) and the campaign tags in the link (utm), and a click on the WhatsApp link.
  • The choice made in the cookie notice: what was chosen, when, and under which version of this Policy — as the record of consent.

3.2. The visit-measurement identifier (gx_v) is recorded with a visit only if you accepted measurement. Without consent the visit is recorded with no identifier, and cannot be linked to other visits, to an enquiry or to an order.

3.3. The visit log is kept long-term, to compare traffic from year to year.

3.4. Identifying details typed by the user on their own initiative, in contact forms or in the course of ordering the service, are processed and retained solely for the purpose for which they were furnished, in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Services and Declaration of No Advertising Tracking

4.1. Fonts. The sites load their fonts from their own servers only. The user’s IP address is not transmitted to any third party for the purpose of loading fonts.

4.2. Secure card clearing. Credit card details are entered directly within a secure payment page of the licensed clearing company. Card details do not pass through, are not exposed to and are not stored in the Company's systems.

4.3. Express privacy declaration — no advertising or tracking cookies.

The Company undertakes that its sites carry no advertising cookies, operate no remarketing or retargeting mechanisms, and perform no cross-site tracking of the user.

5. Managing Cookies and Withdrawing Consent

5.1. On the first visit to the sites a cookie notice is shown, with "Accept all", "Reject all" and "Customise". Until consent is given, visit measurement is off. The choice applies to both sites, is kept for 12 months, and is asked again if this Policy changes materially.

5.2. The choice can be changed or withdrawn at any time from "Manage cookies" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent deletes the visit-measurement identifier (gx_v) from the browser.

5.3. In addition, every user may change the privacy settings of their browser, block the creation of cookies, or delete local storage data accumulated in the browser, at any time.

5.4. It is clarified that blocking essential operational storage components and cookies may partly impair the functioning of the sites, and in particular the ability to complete an order and a purchase in the eSIM store.

6. Updates and Contact Details

6.1. The Company may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version and the date on which it comes into force shall be published at the head of the page.

6.2. For any question, clarification or enquiry concerning cookies and privacy, the Company's privacy officer may be contacted by email at: [email protected].
