Questions about an eSIM for Samoa
Does the eSIM work in Samoa?
Yes. Every plan on this page covers Samoa (MTS). The eSIM is for data only: your Israeli number stays active for calls and texts, including bank codes.
How much is an eSIM for Samoa?
Plans start at ₪90.90 including VAT. The price depends on the number of days and the amount of data, and the shekel price is the final price.
When should I install the eSIM?
At home, a day or two before your flight, on Wi-Fi. Installing does not start the plan: it starts when the eSIM connects to a network in Samoa.
What if I run out of data?
On the "My eSIM" page you can see what is left and add a plan to the same eSIM, without installing again.
What if something does not work when I land?
The help page has an automatic check that finds the problem and fixes most cases on the spot, at any hour. If it cannot, you reach us from the same page.
